The question refers to people who have very strong views about something, but then due to a particular experience, completely change their position. An example could be when a skeptic who does not believe in UFOs, one day sees one for themselves %26amp; then believes they do really exist. Also, they say that skeptics in this situation make the best %26quot;converters%26quot;, because they have seen both sides of an argument %26amp; then can therefore bring much more credibility to the debate !
Do skeptics make the best converters ?
Yes however a Realist makes better sense

Do skeptics make the best converters ?
Yes, as you point out there are former-skeptics %26amp; skeptics on both sides of the aisle; especially in terms of faith..
1) Example: C.S. Lewis [former Atheist]
2) Example: Crowley [former Believer]
Non-skeptical people are more likely to believe whatever they hear so I'd say they're better converters.
